Scholarship opportunities for Seniors are still available on Naviance!

Trinity High School Guidance Office offers the opportunity for graduating high school seniors to access and apply to a wide variety of scholarships. Students can view the list located on the Naviance website under “Scholarships.” Most of the opportunities listed have a direct link to the application. For a few scholarships the student may need to request a copy of the information/application packet from the guidance office.

The guidance office receives some opportunities that are specific to Trinity High School and/or Cumberland County, such as the Simon-Staub Scholarship, the Barb Trayer Memorial Scholarship, the Ancient Order of Hibernians Memorial Scholarship, the GFWC Camp Hill Junior Civic Club Scholarship, the New Cumberland and Highland Women’s Club, the West Shore Elks Scholarship, and Soroptimist International of West Shore “Young Woman of Merit” Award, as well as the Ray Tyo-St.Ferdinand Scholarship which is offered to graduates of Harrisburg Diocesan high schools who will be attending a Catholic college or university.

Additional options include colleges and universities providing scholarships specific to the college and/or a student’s intended major or program. Millersville University offers the Clarence Schock Scholarship to incoming freshmen based on financial need. Students can check with their parishes for opportunities as well as the Knights of Columbus from their church. The Saint Joseph Parish Knights of Columbus offers the Joseph Sisto Memorial Scholarship. Banking Institutes also provide scholarships to graduating high school students such as: PSECU, Orrstown Bank Foundation Scholarship, the M&T Bank Wilmington Trust- The Sergeant Philip German Memorial Scholarship Foundation, and the M&T Bank Wilmington Trust- Irvin E. Herr Foundation Scholarship, as well as the Walter T. Lighter Memorial Scholarship-offered through the New Cumberland Federal Credit Union.
