Trinity High School offers open registration for all incoming 9th-grade students. All families are invited to our first Information Night and New Student Registration on Tuesday, November 7, and new students may register at that time. After that, registrations are accepted on a rolling basis, space permitting. Registration materials may be obtained by contacting the Admissions Office at 761-1116 x202. A non-refundable $150 deposit on tuition will be required with submission of the completed forms.
Upon completion of the Registration process, we will reserve a place for your student and you will be on the mailing list for further information. Your student will also receive a Class of 2022 t-shirt!
In order for registration to be complete, you must come to the school to complete the FACTS form for tuition management.
** The FACTS form for tuition management must be completed in order for registration to be complete. This document is not available for download; as it is a numbered document. FACTS forms will be available to families who attend our Information Night and New Student Registration. Please contact Devon Ban, Director of Admissions, to receive a 2018-2019 FACTS form.
**Please complete the registration form and any applicable transportation forms, then bring them to the Admissions Office with your $150 deposit. The FACTS form will be completed at that time. Thank you.
All interested 9th grade students must also take a placement test. The placement tests will cover English, mathematics and science. These tests will be given according to the schedule listed below:

The tests will be administered at the feeder schools by Trinity personnel during the first week of February. The dates are:
Saint Joseph School – Tuesday, February 6, 2018
Saint Patrick School – Wednesday, February 7, 2018
Saint Theresa School – Thursday, February 8, 2018
Good Shepherd School – Friday, February 9, 2018
Students attending public, private or non-partner schools: The tests will be given on a Saturday (dates to be determined) from 9:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. at Trinity High School. Please arrive at Trinity no later than 8:45 a.m. It is not necessary to register for the tests in advance. Registration for the tests will be at the door.

At the time of the placement tests, the students from public or privates schools must provide:
1) 7th and 8th grade report cards (copies)
2) A copy of their latest standardized test scores.
If your child is unable to take the tests on this date, you will need to call the Admissions Office at 761-1116 x 202 to schedule an appointment with Devon Ban, Director of Admissions.
